As you might imagine, the questions we get asked are often thematically, if not precisely the same for a lot of our large volume of calls. Now! Onto the Limo Detroit FAQ...
Q - What is the minimum service time for one of your vehicles?
A - We require a 6 hour minimum for all rentals.
Q - What is your required deposit?
A - We require at least a $200 minimum deposit to reserve any vehicle. All deposits must be done with credit or debit card and can be done over the phone at any time. Please note that this is subject to change at any time. For most current information, feel free to give us a call!
Q - Is there smoking allowed in your vehicles?
A - All of our vehicles are strictly non smoking and 100% drug free.
Q - Can we drink in the vehicles?
A - you can drink in any of our vehicles as long as you are of legal drinking age. We are licensed by the state of Michigan as a limousine provider which exempts you from open container laws on public highways.
Q - Where can we go?
A - You are free to go where you want and make as many stops as you want. Everything is included in the price.
Q - When do you start the clock charging us? Do we get charged in between stops?
A - Your time starts when we arrive to your scheduled pickup and it stops at your last dropoff. We do not offer split trips or pickup/dropoff service.
Q - Do you match pricing?
A - Since there are no identical companies in the area that offer the same service as us and provide the same vehicles as us we are unable to match pricing.
Q - How does the chauffeur know where to take me?
A - Upon booking we request that you give us an ininerary of where you would like to go. All of our chauffeurs are equipped with GPS as well as knowledge of the metro Detroit area. If you don't have an itinerary set you are more than welcome to make changes at any time but we can no gurantee that our chauffeurs will know where it is at or have the address if you don't provide it before your trip.
Q - I left my belongings on the vehicle, what do I do?
A - Give us a call at any time so we can look for them. If we happen to find it you can pick it up at any time or we can mail it to you on the following business day.
Q - What comes with the vehicle?
A - We provide ice, cups, and paper towel at no charge. All of our vehicles are equipped with coolers full of ice so when you bring your own drinks you can keep them cold in our coolers stocked with ice.
Q - What happens if we run over our pre-reserved time?
A - If your run is a night time run, you're more than welcome to stay as long as you'd like to! We will simply bill you in 30 minute increments at the normal hourly rate. As long as there are no subsequent reservations, there will be no problem in letting you stay as long as you'd like to.
Q - What kind of notice is required for a reservation?
A - We are more than happy to accommodate any booking as long as availability allows us to. If you have a surprise event and need to call on the day of, as long as we have availability, we will be happy to provide you with premium limo service. However, we do recommend that you book as far in advance as is possible that way you maximize the chances of getting the vehicle you desire.
